The home includes 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms a modern kitchen comfortable living room washer and dryer high speed WiFi and dedicated work areas. No parties no events. Guests have private access to the entire home based on registered guest count including living room kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms. For reservations of 4 guests or fewer access includes 2 bedrooms. For reservations of 5 guests the third bedroom is unlocked and prepared. Exterior patio entry and parking areas are available for guest use. Exterior security cameras are in use.
House Rules
No smoking inside the home. Smoking will result in a $400 additional fee. No parties or events. Parties will result in additional fees and cancellation of remainder of the reservation. Pets are not allowed unless pre approved. Unregistered guests are not permitted. A $65 additional fee will be charged per unregistered guest per night. Please respect neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels at all times. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. All trash must be bagged and disposed of in the exterior bin located at the rear of the home. Check in and check out times must be observed.
Other Details to Note
Minimum Booking Age and Primary booking guest must be 25 years of age or older and must remain on site for the full stay. No parties no events no smoking no unregistered guests. Pets only with prior approval. Quiet hours are enforced out of respect for neighbors. The home is fully equipped for extended stays with essentials provided.
